USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values sharply higher on good demand and moderate offerings. 
Select and Choice rib, chuck, and round cuts steady to firm. Choice loin cuts 
higher while Select steady. Beef trimmings slightly lower on light demand and 
moderate offerings.
